You will work closely with sales, capture, marketing, product, finance, and company leadership to improve pipeline visibility, strengthen forecasting, and create a consistent customer experience throughout the relationship lifecycle.
This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical rigor with strong relationship-management skills and enjoys creating structure within a fast-moving startup environment.

- Lead regular pipeline reviews and help opportunity owners identify next steps, dependencies, and risks.
- Analyze historical performance, pipeline coverage, conversion trends, and sales-cycle timing.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for company leadership, board discussions, and planning activities.
- Translate sales data into clear recommendations that support resource allocation and growth strategy.
Support Opportunity Execution
- Coordinate internal activities required to advance opportunities from qualification through contract execution.
- Track customer meetings, follow-up actions, proposal deadlines, demonstrations, procurement milestones, and decision dates.
- Support proposal, pricing, contracting, and approval workflows in partnership with capture, finance, legal, and technical teams.
- Maintain shared visibility into opportunity status, ownership, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Help ensure smooth handoffs from sales and capture to implementation and customer success.

- Coordinate business reviews, training sessions, product demonstrations, and customer check-ins.
- Document customer feedback and ensure relevant insights are shared with product and engineering teams.
- Identify risks to adoption, satisfaction, renewal, or expansion and coordinate internal action plans.
- Support renewals, follow-on opportunities, account expansion, and customer advocacy initiatives.
- Help develop scalable customer success processes, templates, playbooks, and reporting.
Improve Sales and Customer Tools
